[Sigia-l] Content Management Tools -- Good Examples?

Hey IAs --

I'm looking for examples of effective content
management tools that allow site administrators to
create new pages of content quickly and easily. 

I'm in the process of designing a "content editing
tool" that will enable the site admin to create a
simple newsletter containing multiple sections of
content on a page. 

For example, Monster.com's resume builder allows users
to add multiple graphs of content under "work
experience". Any other examples along these lines
(simpler than your standard CMS), would be much
appreciated!
