[Sigia-l] moderation (of various sorts)

I feel the same way. CHI-WEB is culturally very different from
SIGIA-L. I like both, for different reasons. But I have usually
liked SIGIA more. 

CHI-WEB is helpful, but not interesting and certainly not exciting.
And I think moderation is a big reason why.
