I just want to point out (narrowly) that it's very difficult to second guess
the user or to anticipate the full gamut of user expectations. Collectively,
our users know more than we do.

(To illustrate: Jalen Rose hasn't played for the Indiana Pacers for a while.
His current team is the Chicago Bulls.)
