No. It's an email address, like "info", "postmaster", "usenet" and "abuse".
"www" is often used as an alias.

Using it as a job description is a joke. Like saying what you do at work is
"as little as possible" or "you don't have to be mad to work here, but it
helps".

It's depressing to think that someone might actually have a joke as their
real title.
