I looked at Hoffman's (the author's) bio, resume, and publication
credits, and from these it's clear that the last time he was involved in
building or designing something was *1996* - which to me says a great
deal about the relevance and accuracy of his point of view...

Amusingly it calls says "webmaster" is a "real" title, as if anyone
other than journalists ever used that email address as a job title
without their tongue firmly in their cheek. (Please don't say "we all
use it here, that would only depress me).
