Rodrigo,
I think its technically possible as long as you do not
have a firewall so the client adapter, which runs on
the client machine can transmit data back to
Vividence.
Would I recomend it? No. I assume your intanet has
already been completed so whatever Vividence is going
to tell you [in a form of advise] will just piss you
and your bosses off. Their goal is to trash your site
as much as possible so you will hire their consulting
services group to redesign your site. Stick to your
design requirements and frequently ask your users to
take a survey similar to this one: How is the intanet
working for you? Are you finding everything ok?
Sometimes a simple feedback page works even better.

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone ever used a commercial
service like Vividence (www.vividence.com) to do a web
usability study on a corporate intranet. Any
suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
