So it's entirely within the realm of possibility then that new solutions
will emerge to answer new needs, beyond what we know today as monolithic CMS
packages. I previously wrote briefly on how professional blogging systems,
commercial content creation tools like MS Office 11 and distributed
collaboration systems like Groove does/will change the nature of what it
means to generate, store, access, index, publish, track and manage
data/information. In business as in nature, overly complex (and, thus,
expensive) systems often get broken down to simpler components.
