[Sigia-l] pre and post CMS

I'm in need of a case study (or two) from the publishing industry that walks
through the pre-CMS workflow and the post-CMS workflow. Preferably with
diagrams and screen shots. I know it's a lot to ask and here's why.

My client is feeling very nervous about how much introducing a CMS is also
business process re-engineering. She won't start on the workflow without
pre- and post-CMS case studies from the publishing industry (of course the
actual situation is more complex, but not worth explaining). 

If you have other solutions about how I might move this situation forward,
I'm all ears.
