Just to clarify the record, most of the tests that our search results come 
from are e-commerce studies using our compelled-shopping technique 
(http://www.uie.com/csa.htm). With this technique the tasks *are* sales 
tasks, where users show for products they've decided they need to purchase 
and we've verified that the products are available on the site.
