It doesn't matter.

The UIE report argued that search engines do not work well for
non-uniquely-identified content. But when I tried to verify its
supporting case by repeating the mentioned query, the result failed to
support the argument.

Instead of dismissing the argument right then and there, I emailed
Jared Spool telling him what I got from issuing the query. But I did
not receive Spool's reply.

When an argument's supporting case cannot be repeated later, the
argument's validity is questionable.

When the person making a questionable argument did not respond to
email about failing support case, it is only logical to take his
argument with a huge grain of salt.
