[Sigia-l] this list: subscribing and unsubsciring

Acording to

.html , the way to subscribe and unsubscribe to sigia-l is by emailing
majordomo at asis.org.  But currently any email to this address bounces.

Can someone give me the latest info on subscring and unsubscribing, so I can
update it on the best of sigia-l compliation at
www.uiweb.com/other/chiweb.htm ?
