Hello Sigia-L:

I am new here, I do introduce myself to the list, my name is Fernando Siles
and I work at Ya.com Internet Factory (www.ya.com) in Spain.

My job is mainly building and feeding big Internet directories, so I am
interested on very large-scale generalist directories (like yahoo).

I do actually work on www.buscador.ya.com (directory) and at www.yatv.com
(directory): Yatv hosts one of the biggest multimedia indexes on the web,
with thousands of videos which I do classify daily using mainly
librarianship techniques.

- Meet other people working at generalist Internet directories or very big
specialized ones.
- Ask to the list about some problems I am facing on my every day indexing
on a directory. (But I still not knowing if Sigia-L is the correct place to
ask about that, I do still evaluating if it is)
