Thanks so much for providing the link to your wonderful PDF. I've passed it around for years, and wanted to point to it, but it was gone from your site for a while. I've used some of the techniques shown to great success. In particular, I've found that C-level management have more of an opportunity to become engaged in the ongoing progress of prototypes when the thinking is exposed on walls. And during actual work sessions, the co-creation of the walls helped bond normally contentious individuals to a productive activity. 

All I learned in kindergarten still applies.
