Our Corporate Technology Services Group is seeking a Senior Information
Architect to join the team restructuring our intranet. Working with other
information architects, usability engineers, visual designers, business
managers, and project managers, you will identify project objectives based
on user needs and expectations and will help set key implementation
milestones. You will build mental models that support user goals and tasks;
create content inventories and mappings between user tasks and content; and
influence business strategy and site evolution.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or an equivalent combination of training and
experience (a focus on human-computer interaction, psychology, human
factors/usability, or information science is preferred).
- Five years of experience with information architecture; Web experience is
essential.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including strong
presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of user-centered design and its governing
principles.
- Project-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred.
