Nothing wrong with trying; in fact, it's admirable. But it's easier to ride
a horse in the direction it wants to go. Bureaucracy and stratification
don't have to be dirty words. They are a necessary part of organizations
that have grown large. I'm sure there are examples of large orgs that are
nimble(er than others), but I'm afraid they are the exception. Don't you
think you give up something to get stability?
