[Sigia-l] Quantitative measurement for IA performance review

Can anyone help me by sharing measurable outcomes for IA/usability people,
where what's being measured is something that I can be accountable for?

You're performance should be measured based on the performance of the 
Intranet. As the IA/Usability guru for your intranet your responsible to 
make sure people in your company can actually use it and derive a business 
benefit from it. 

Some quick metrics would be:
-Number of users on Intranet (If you're doing your job, there should be an 
increase)
-Qualitative before and after survey to users re: satisfaction w/ Intranet 
(if you're doing your job, should be positive feedback)

Bottomline, just determine what would be considered SUCCESS for your 
Intranet and have your personal performance based upon whether your 
meeting the Intranet success metrics.
