Good choice! I've been using Freehand for ages (since the Aldus days). The
flexible multi-page layout, symbol library, and various exporting options
make Freehand a perfect tool for IA/UX documentation.

Now, if only it had the mapping options, magnetic linking and diagram
formats, of OmniGraffle.
