[Sigia-l] Product tangibilty, palpabiblity?

Hi,

I am preparing a presentation on catalogue quality in product catalogues, in for example a web shop. I am going to talk about the importance of search-ability (keywords, synonyms) and the importance of sufficient information (purchase terms, pictures, key attributes etc). What would be the relevant term for the latter part, a products "tangibility" or "palpability" or any other?
