Wow! Everyone in the room raise your hand at how funny it is to be calling
me anti-Flash.

Please! This is just tooo funny!

I direct you to

Seriously, I just think that this interface (and honestly the WellsFargo one
too) are over kill. Drag & Drop in a web interface is what I was questioning
w/ such a small gain in the total experience.

Something that creates anti-Flash sentiment that I am trying to reduce in my
personal mission to help Macromedia take over the world (I was accused of
this at one point), are sites that use Flash to prove a point about Flash,
instead of really think about the overall gains of the medium. I think
people would look at the cannon site and just say ... Duh! This doesn't do
Flash any service.

Wanna see a cool App? IMHO ... Anyone going to Australia should sit up and
notice:
http://itinerary.yha.com.au:8100/itinerary/index.cfm?HasFlash=Yes
(yes it is FLAWED, but from an experience design and good reason to use
flash perspective it does the job really well.)

And I'll always go to the iHotelier site for a great example of a flash app
as well. Oh! The Yankee Candle site is also a good retail example.
