Michael, this book is not geared towards designers or practitioners, but the
other stakeholders of what designers and practitioners produce. That being
said, there are some definite pearls in there that I found very useful, but
that is probably b/c of my very informal background.

Nothing specific to grayed out nav elements per se, but other relevant
topics of interest.
