I think the two posts from David and John might give the originator of 
the Visio feature improvement thread a little more info as to where 
Visio falls short. Additionally, it can provide additional info as to 
where other tools (e.g. OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Freehand) might fall 
short.

To John's post: we typically do requirements definitions in word with 
"track changes" enabled and our sitemap, flow diagrams, interaction 
work in Illustrator. But that nice new anchor tool in Freehand might 
turn my eye...
