[Sigia-l] visio feature improvements

No Mac Version.
Way to pricey for what you get.

Hence, we use Illustrator and OmniGraffle. OmniGraffle does support 
scripting, which is a huge bonus and the next release will 
import/export Visio documents. Sadly, OG is only for the Mac, but costs 
less than $100.
