Agreed. But "your navigation sucks" or "I've got a problem with your site"
without any further details doesn't really give enough info to actually
fix whatever problem is being complained about. It's a not a question of
liking or disliking the feedback, it's a matter of how useful the feedback
is toward making fixes and improvements.
