No. Thanks all, but this isn't it. It will do in a pinch, but the diagram
I'm seeking is a flat square divided into four sections. Each quadrant has a
mix of titles and at the corners are activities. It's old, as in four years
or so and I'm pretty sure it was a well known graphic designer.
With that much information you'd think I'd remember...
