Here's another example of metatagging standards that the Australian National
Archives office has developed for federal govt bodies:
http://www.naa.gov.au/recordkeeping/gov_online/agls/user_manual/intro.html

But as Stig says you'll need to develop your own. Even Australian govt
bodies are developing their own based on these which still meet these
standards.
