Not really a card sorter - but along those lines:

It took me ages to find that link - it is even in my bookmarks - but there is no mention of
categorisation in the title - and it doesn't come up on a google search for 'web based
categorisation tools' - what is reasuring is that once you add 'card sort' an iawiki page comes up
first on google
