It seems pretty rare, unless the external site is using DC tags for
content management. Tim B-L's semantic web is getting started slowly.

Shouldn't be a problem if you put meta Keywords and Description tags
first. Search engine robot parsers are used to going through many
lines of Javascript junk before the actual content occurs, so they
don't worry too much about miscellaneous other tags. Google, the
most important public webwide search engine, ignores meta tags anyway.
