[Sigia-l] Product for "automated information qualification"?!

I really can't believe what this product promises
to perform:
- "Error-Tolerant Searching"
- "Making The Right Associations"
- "Making Logical Links"
and more.

I doubt that this is possible. Please could
some of you have a look. Perhaps there's anyone
out there who understands how this works or
even has experience with similar technology
or approaches who could tell IF it really works.
