I highly recommend this book to anyone who's frustrated by the apparent
inability of many large organizations to take a customer-centered (or
even customer-sensitive) approach to design and development.  While I'm
not sold on the proposed solution (federated networks for deep support),
the analysis of problems is brilliant!

I suggest adding it to the mile-high list of required reading for all
information architects :-)
