[Sigia-l] Measuring the user experience

Does anybody have a recommendation for a book or other resources for how to
measure user experience health of a site? What we're after is some guidance
that will help us put together a regular report to management on the health
of a website from end-to-end. I think we have a good grasp of things like
site availability, response time, content promotion timing, outages, page
views and such things that are fairly straightforward and relatively easy to
measure. But, what about showing the health of a site from a user experience
perspective? We'd like to be able to measure health for several areas (often
called "portals") across a large site and see where we have strengths and
weaknesses.

Please reply directly to me and I'll summarize and post back to the list. If
you could copy my co-worker, Maria, marfor at us.ibm.com, it would be greatly
appreciated.

Many thanks,
