If anyone had set up a "no mail" account for a particular reason, you will 
have to re-subscribe that address.   I apologize for the inconvenience.

There was an excessive number of bouncing addresses that had been set to 
"no mail" and the system had to be cleaned out.

 From now one, after excessive bounces the system will delete addresses.
