[Sigia-l] Defusing Techies?

Techies are people too. Frankly, I'd say she was framing the
problem all wrong. Not to say that the assorted advice,
articles and books won't help, or aren't valuable, but if
she can't "communicate" with techies, than it's doubtful she
can "communicate" with "consumers."
