2) are up for consultation, and under
Section 6: Delivering content

and sub-section 6.4.5 Text
there is the following:
"Research on font usability can be found at

Yes I wrote questioning the link to this research, but I'm not holding
my breath. I'll just be waiting for the next site we develop for a
government agency and get told to use Arial and Times New Roman
because this study says so! :)
