Sorry, it was my mistake in saying that this is a moderated list.
When I saw Derek Rogerson wrote in "Clueless Band-Wagoning":

it reminded me of a CHIWEB incident. So I replied. But I mistakenly
sent the reply to "sigia-l-admin at asis.org". Thus, the message did not
appear in this list and I mistakenly assumed that this is a moderated
list. My apology for the confusion.
