I'm one of the admins of the evolt.org mailing list that also runs Mailman, 
the same software used to run this list. If you send a message to 
sigia-l-admin at asis.org it goes to the person administering the list, not to 
the list itself. That's default Mailman configuration. I guess that person 
would be Dick Hill.

If you want to post to the list, send mail to sigia-l at asis.org
