This thread has been discussing the bias that the we bring to the IAs we
create, but what about the bias of those for whom we create them? Should
we reflect these biases in order to increase the users' ability to find
things in the IA, and thereby perpetuate and reinforce their biases, or
should we use our design to educate? It makes me wonder if the moral
responsibility falls to a larger group than ourselves.
