I'm sure you're going to discover the irony in that analogy, upon re-reading
it. Because any good IA would tell you that one designs the ship *after*
figuring out its destination, purpose, etc. That's putting the carriage
before the horse, if I may mix metaphors. But that's also a classical
"top-down organization" problem and, it seems, you'll need to defend it.
