Well this, too, is not that difficult a problem to solve. If you make the
confirmation page an *integrated* part of the request-response loop then the
user will have to respond to it before going to the page they initially
sought via a button or a link, somewhat like a modal dialog. (Unless, of
course, you are in the habit of clicking on a link and immediately switching
to another application without bothering to see the returning page.)
