[Sigia-l] Re: Official Launch of the AIfIA

I had some trouble signing up with paypal and it seemed to have been either 
because I attempted to log into Paypal while in the Hotmail message frame, 
or because pop-up blocker was active.  I re-entered the url in a new window 
and turned off pop-up blocker.  I believe I also reset my internet security 
option to the lowest setting.  One of the above worked and the transaction 
went through.
