Use an explicit mutually-exclusive dichotomy, e.g.
either
a. Version for use in the USA
b. Version for use outside the USA
or
a. English language version
b. Version for languages other than English
according to which is meant. Further subdivisions would be needed if
different versions exist for different versions of English, or other
specific languages..
