I personally think discussions on classifications/taxonomy might also fit on this list.
But if you want to have a specific discussion on building the taxonomy,
ASIS has a SIG on Classification Research (CR)
http://www.asis.org/AboutASIS/asis-sigs.html#SIGCR (with their sigcr-l e-list)
Somebody mentioned the MultiTes (http://www.multites.com/) before and they have a mailing list also.
