Is software (always) a frontrunner?
before I entered (G)UI-design, web, mobile, etc. my first job as a trainee
was designing control panels for washing machines based on what I had
learned in Information Ergonomics classes (come to think of it, did I call
myself an Information Ergonomist then? :-)
I find the principles I learned there are still very useful. Sort of like
Disco returning :-)
