Labels, by their nature, need to be shorter than the 2,000 word article 
they point to.

It's true that "User Engineering" can be perversely interpreted, but it 
can just as easily be read as "engineering for users" ... which could 
also be perversely interpreted as "dummy's guide to engineering" instead 
of what they probably do mean, being "a disciplined and precise method of 
designing for the needs and requirements of users". I'm sure the more 
perverse of us here could twist even that inside out in some adolescent 
display of cleverness.

Such "cleverness" doesn't advance either the field or the discussion 
though.

That there are some here that persist -- now *that* is sad.
