Do you work in the real world?  That's a serious question.  

You can't just hop from job to job until you find one where they think your
a genius and that everything you say is gold.  Furthermore you cannot expect
a discipline like IA to be taken seriously if the IA quits because
management are morons.

Eventually you are going to have to back up your claim that you know what
good design is with some kind of reference and citation that says - Yes!
That is how to do it.

he doesn't trust you, you've already lost the battle. Move onto some other
turf where you can win.
