You may hear from folks who are on the list but aren't getting messages.  I 
have the list set to disable addresses after 5 days of bouncing.  The 
people are still on the list, but are set to "no mail."  I have records of 
over 80 such addresses.

These addresses can be re-activated by the subscriber by visiting the list 
website with their password, http://mail.asis.org/mailman/listinfo/sigia-l

It is necessary that we have such a policy as this is a large list with 
frequent postings.  I can not count the number of error messages because 
the recipient is over quota (I get a message for each subscribed for each 
message sent to the list).
