[Sigia-l] CMS usbility study?

Sorry for the cross posting SIGIA + CHI :)

Is anybody aware of any serious research and/or usability studies
that have been carried out on Content Management Systems?

I have a feeling MS did something last year but...that's all I've been 
able to discover so far...

I will summarize any findings to the list.
