There's a mailing list I set up at

and you can go through the archives and see what's been discussed, or post a
message if you have a specific question or topic.

While I don't know of any Intranet IA-specific sites, here are some good
resources on Intranets (in general) that often have IA-related material:

There are plenty more, but these are the ones I read most often.
