Also regarding above rule:
Most time efficient way may not be the most usable if
usable is :
A. defined as providing the best user experience
and
B. the culture defining "best user experience" thinks
the journey is better than the destination.
Very important when designing for multicultural or
global sites that are not simply about getting people
to buy something within one click.
