In addition to your list, I tend to include the following:

- Site entry points (e.g. home page, product page from a partner site, feature page from a promotional email) 
- Primary versus secondary linkages (to highlight the main, intended path of navigation)
- Local navigation and global navigation 
- Templatized pages (e.g. for news articles or management bios that display different information all in the same way)
