btw - A high end solution for the graphical categorization of pretty text
structures is Macromedia Director, which is web enabled. I have seen
people mimik the text structure of The Brain on a smaller level as an
assignment in one of my classes this past year. Of course, you can't do it
with just Director alone if you really want it to be dynamic. Hence, the
beauty of databases.

I believe that The Brain is a Java app, but I also believe that it suffers
from resolution issues that will only be solved by larger, flatter and
more flexible monitors.
